Refund Policy

At Balanced Bites, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Promotional Plans

All promotional plans are non-refundable. This includes any plans purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a special promotion. Once a promotional plan is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Regular Price Plans

For plans purchased at the regular price, refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Delivered Food Deductions: The amount for days where food has already been delivered will be deducted from the total refund amount. The cost per day will be calculated based on the total price divided by the number of days in the plan.
2. Transaction Fee: A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount. This fee covers the processing costs associated with the refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team via email at refund@balancedbites.ae or WhatsApp us at +971 50 2900 756.
2. Provide your order details, including the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Our team will review your request and process it accordingly. You will be notified of the status of your refund within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
